| Historia
The Ernest Sibiril shipyard, now located in Carantec, (Morlaix Bay, North Finistère, France), was created at the beginning of the French Revolution in 1789 as a carpentry and cabinet making business. This wood working business gradually became more involved in boat building. Over the years, the shipyard has acquired considerable expertise, continuously adopting new boat building technologies, moving from traditional wood construction to engineered wood and then to reinforced polyester.
The Carantec shipyard now specialises in building launches in a wide range of composite materials. |
